The reflective living group is interested in understanding and developing new media computation systems embedded as part of the fabric of the everyday experience. These include the development of private and public hybrid physical-digital spaces as well as new frameworks for collaboratively creating and sharing media. Through the analysis of human action in both physical environments and online networks, we wish to explore the ideas of presence, community and memory and reveal them in both physical and the online worlds. The research problems of interest include behavior based interaction architectures, media sharing frameworks, analysis of large scale social networks, summarization of human activity.
