Kelly Phillips is a member of the tech team for the Arts, Media and Engineering program. She hails from Maryland where she was Technical Director in the performance space at the Baltimore Museum of Art. She holds a bachelor’s degree in traditional Theatrical Design, which she is augmenting with research into new design techniques, technologies, and philosophies.
