Colleen Jennings-Roggensack, motione co-director
Executive Director of ASU Public Events and Assistant Vice President of Cultural Affairs

Colleen Jennings-Roggensack has been presenting the performing arts for the past 26 years. She is currently Executive Director of Arizona State University Public Events and Assistant Vice President for Cultural Affairs with artistic, fiscal and administrative responsibility for three cultural facilities (ASU’s Gammage Auditorium, ASU’s Kerr Cultural Center and ASU’s Sundome), with additional responsibility for Sun Devil Stadium and Wells Fargo Arena for non-athletic activities such as concerts, commencement and convocation exercises.

Jennings-Roggensack was nominated by President Clinton and confirmed by the US Senate to serve on the National Council on the Arts for three years and now serves as an Ambassador for the Arts for the National Council on the Arts. She has held positions at Dartmouth College, Colorado State University and the Western States Arts Federation. Jennings-Roggensack has also acted as an advisor to the National Dance Project, Africa Exchange Advisory Council, The Japan Foundation and its performing arts program, and the US/Netherlands Project, a contemporary theatre partnership.
Formerly a dancer and choreographer, she is married to Dr. Kurt Roggensack, volcanologist at Arizona State University, and has a 14-year old daughter, Kelsey.
