Aisling Kelliher is an assistant professor in Media Communication systems and Media Theory with the School of Arts, Media and Engineering at Arizona State University. She also has a joint appointment as assistant professor in the School of Design Innovation also at ASU. Aisling develops everyday software applications for creating and sharing rich-media story compositions. Her research interests include rich-media storytelling, narrative complexity, media annotation and archiving, integrated sensing technologies, experiential design, embodied technology and design for healing.

She co-leads the Reflective Living Research Group with Hari Sundaram and collaborates with the K-12 Embodied and Mediated Learning Group, led by David Birchfield
